From the producers of Chess in 2009, Jesus Christ Superstar in 2010 and Guys and Dolls in 2011 comes the musical event of 2012! Blood Brothers will be performed at the Chervier Centre from Thursday 15th March to Saturday 31st March 2012 with performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30pm and Saturday afternoons at 2pm.
The SynopsisBlood Brothers is set in Liverpool from the 1960’s – 1980’s and tells the story of two twins who are separated at birth and go on to lead drastically different lives. However, fate conspires to bring the brothers together again after they both fall in love with the same girl, with tragic consequences. About the showWritten by Willy Russell who has also given us Educating Rita and Shirley Valentine, Blood Brothers made its West End debut in 1983 and rapidly developed a cult following. It’s incredible score includes Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe and the emotionally charged Tell Me It’s Not True.
